The Aliyah Project connects diaspora buyers with a curated selection of residences in Israel — chosen for architecture, light, and location, and presented with the care a home of this significance deserves.

Most of our clients are buying from another country, often before they can be in the room. We close that distance: sourcing off-market residences through direct developer relationships, arranging viewings and virtual tours, and guiding each purchase through diligence, negotiation, and the details that follow the signature.

We are deliberately selective. Rather than list everything, we present a small collection we would be comfortable recommending to family — and we stay involved from the first viewing to the keys.
