Politique de remboursement

Dernière mise à jour le 18 août 2026

We take no payment through this website, so in the ordinary course there is nothing to refund. This page explains what that means and where money actually changes hands.

Nothing is sold here

This website has no checkout, no subscription and no paid service. Enquiries, consultations, viewings and virtual tours are free, and we charge buyers no commission — we are compensated by the developers we represent. Because no payment is taken from you, no refund arises.

Money in a property purchase

When you go on to buy a residence, the money involved — deposits, instalments, taxes and professional fees — is paid to the developer, to the authorities, and to your own lawyer or trustee under the contract you sign with them. It never passes through us.

What happens to a deposit if a purchase does not complete is governed by that contract and by Israeli law, not by this page. Your lawyer should walk you through those provisions before you sign, and we will always encourage you to have one.

Cancelling an appointment

Appointments are free, and you can cancel or reschedule from the confirmation email at any time. There is no fee and nothing to reclaim.

If this changes

If we ever introduce a paid service, this page will be replaced with real refund terms for it before that service goes live. The date above shows when this page last changed.
